CHAMPION BLUEPRINT · MENTAL PERFORMANCE FOR ATHLETES
Your Athlete Trains Their Body Every Day. Who’s Training Their Mind?
The 8-Session Mental Performance System for Athletes, taught by Dan Gazaway, who has trained thousands of competitors to think clearly, play freely, and perform when it matters most.
Train Your Mind. Win the Moment.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You've watched it happen.
Your athlete is sharp in practice. Then the game starts, and something shifts.
- They play tight, careful, and afraid to make a mistake
- The nerves show up before the first pitch, tip-off, or whistle
- One bad moment turns into a bad inning, a bad half, or a bad day
- They get hard on themselves, and the car ride home goes quiet (or gets hard)
- They stop doing what they trained to do the moment the pressure rises
You've told them to relax. You've told them to believe in themselves. You mean every word.
But it isn't working, and it's not because they aren't listening.
"If you have youth athletes that cry on the court or the field, if they cry in the car on the way home, if they say after games 'I suck, I can't do this' They need this training and it will change their life."
Heather Jackman, mom of a multi-sport athlete who completed Dan's 8-week course
THE REAL PROBLEM (AND WHY "JUST RELAX" FAILS)
Here's what 25 years of coaching athletes has taught me:
Performance rarely breaks down because an athlete lacks talent. It breaks down because the mind gets in the way.
Once athletes reach a certain level, everyone is talented, everyone is fast, everyone is strong. The separator isn't talent. It's discipline of the mind: the ability to control attention, manage self-talk, and stay present under pressure.
"Relax" and "be confident" are goals. They are not skills. And nobody can build a skill without being taught how.
That's the gap most athletes never close, and it's exactly what the Champion Blueprint was built to close.
INTRODUCING THE CHAMPION BLUEPRINT
The Champion Blueprint is a video course and companion workbook that teaches athletes the mental skills of high performance, step by step, over eight focused sessions.
High performance means delivering your best when it matters most, especially in the highest-pressure moments. This program gives athletes the tools to do exactly that:
- Real frameworks, not vague advice. Every session gives your athlete a named, repeatable tool, built on sport psychology principles, that they can use in the next competition.
- A workbook that makes it stick. Watching builds awareness. The workbook, 7-day challenges, and daily journals build the habit.
- Skills that travel. Everything your athlete learns for their sport works in the classroom, in friendships, and at home.
And because life is also a mental game, the question isn't whether your athlete will face pressure. It's whether they'll be ready.
WHAT YOUR ATHLETE WILL LEARN
- How to turn nerves into fuel instead of fear
- How to stay locked in on the present play, pitch, shot, or possession
- How to spot and silence negative self-talk before it spirals
- How to bounce back from a mistake in seconds, not innings
- How to build confidence that doesn't depend on the scoreboard
- How to play free, play to win, and stop playing not to lose
- How to use breathing, body language, and routines to reset on command
- How to see success before it happens with visualization tools built on sport psychology principles
- How to use time and attention like a champion, on and off the field
- How to lead teammates and carry themselves with integrity
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
Athletes who:
- Perform well in practice but struggle in games
- Get too nervous to compete freely
- Play it safe because they're afraid of mistakes
- Overthink everything in the moment
- Take every result personally
- Want to compete with more confidence, focus, and composure
Parents and coaches who:
- Want to give their athlete a real toolkit, not another pep talk
- Believe attitude and mindset matter on the field and off
- Are tired of watching a talented kid hold themselves back
- Want their athlete to enjoy the game again
Ideal for middle school through college athletes. With a parent guiding them through the workbook, athletes as young as 8 can benefit too.
Start Champion BlueprintMEET YOUR COACH: DAN GAZAWAY
For the last 25 years, I've worked with thousands of athletes to help them win the mental game, not just in their sport but in life.
I've been where your athlete is. I know what it feels like to have a bad moment in front of everyone, and I know what it takes to bounce back from it. I built the Champion Blueprint to give athletes the tools I wish every one of them had from day one.
"Over the past 15 years of Dan being a part of my sons' baseball journeys, I have appreciated Dan's ability to teach confidence, self worth, mental fortitude and positive attitude. Many coaches struggle to teach you how to fix the problem. But Dan has always been able to pinpoint the issues and make the right adjustments."
Brandon Kirby, parent of four athletes coached by Dan

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What sports is this for?
Any sport. The Champion Blueprint teaches mental skills (focus, self-talk, confidence, pressure, routines, and leadership) that apply to every competitor, on and off the field.
What ages is it for?
Ideal for middle school through college athletes. Many 8 to 12 year old's find great value when a parent guides them through the workbook.
How much time does it take?
The recorded course runs 4 hours and 14 minutes in total, about 32 minutes per session. For best results, watch one session each week and spend about 15 minutes a day in your workbook. Consistency matters more than speed, so eight weeks is the recommended pace. If you have a road trip planned, you could listen to the whole course in one trip, but the real results come from putting the lessons into daily action with the workbook exercises.
How do I access the course?
After your purchase, you'll download the workbook and all eight video sessions.
Do parents need to be involved?
Parents are welcome and encouraged to go through it with their athlete. Many parents and coaches find the tools useful in their own lives too, because life is a mental game. The question is, are you winning?
Is this just theory?
No. Every session ends with a challenge, a checklist, and tools for the next competition. The course is built on research-based sport psychology principles, and the goal is to put them into practice, not just collect information.
What if my athlete is already doing well?
The best athletes train their minds the same way they train their bodies. This course helps strong performers become more consistent, more resilient, and more coachable.
READY TO TRAIN THE MENTAL GAME?
You can keep hoping your athlete figures out the mental side on their own. Some will. Most won't, because nobody ever taught them.
Or you can give them a clear, research-based plan grounded in sport psychology principles, built session by session, to think clearly under pressure and play like themselves when it matters most.
